An engineer - not a sales agent - walks the land with you within the week, free. Soil, levels, access, boundaries: the questions that decide a building's fate before its drawings exist.
You receive the paper
A scope, a programme, and the names of the engineers who will sign each stage - with a bill of quantities behind every number. We quote for the building we intend to stand behind, not the cheapest version of it.

Cost transparency is rare in this market because vagueness is profitable. We publish bands so you can plan - and so no one, including us, can quote you into a corner. Your contractor's quote was ₦120m? Ask where the other ₦30m hides.
